There is something inside you that wants somewhere to go.
An idea. A business. A body of work. A message. A new way of communicating. A creative impulse. A version of yourself asking for more room.
This is a 30-day practice in giving what is alive within you somewhere to go.
Not by forcing yourself to produce more.
Not by following another blueprint for how you should create, market, speak, show up, or build.
But by learning to hear yourself more clearly—and then having the courage to respond.
For one month, we gather as women who are creating something meaningful in the world and practice creating, expressing and being witnessed together.
What I believe
Creation is part of our becoming.
Building a business isn’t separate from our human or spiritual evolution. The things we create continually bring us face-to-face with ourselves.
Our relationship with visibility appears.
Our relationship with money appears.
Our relationship with beauty, our bodies, our families, receiving, success, rejection, desire and belonging appears.
The business becomes a mirror.
And so this isn’t a space where you have to bring only your “business self.”
Bring all of yourself.
The artist. The entrepreneur. The woman. The daughter. The dreamer. The leader. The part that’s certain. The part that’s terrified. The part that’s wildly alive.
It’s all welcome here.
Because it’s all connected.
Who this is for
This is for the woman who feels that there is more inside her than she is currently allowing herself to create.
She feels called toward something.
Maybe she already has a business. Maybe she’s building an offer, finding her voice, starting a podcast, making art, changing how she communicates online, stepping into leadership or finally letting herself pursue an idea she can’t stop thinking about.
She doesn’t necessarily need another strategy.
She needs somewhere to practice courageously responding to what is alive.
Somewhere to bring the blocks when they appear.
Somewhere to say:
“I’m scared to share this.”
“I don’t know why I keep stopping.”
“This doesn’t feel like me anymore.”
“Something new is trying to come through.”
And somewhere other women can say:
We see you. Keep going.
The challenge
The challenge
For 30 days:
Give what is alive within you somewhere to go.
That doesn’t mean creating something polished every day.
Some days creation might look like recording the video.
Some days it’s writing three pages.
Some days it’s finally publishing something.
Some days it’s wearing the thing.
Some days it’s changing the offer.
Some days it’s sitting in front of the camera and noticing that you’ve stopped breathing.
Some days it’s realizing you’ve been building something you don’t actually want.
Some days it’s rest—and noticing what begins speaking when you stop pushing.
The goal isn’t maximum output.
The practice is building a deeper relationship with your own creative impulse—and strengthening your capacity to act on it.
Our three agreements
1. Follow what is alive.
Everyone here gets to be working on something different.
There is no prescribed destination.
Instead of constantly asking What should I be doing?, we practice asking:
What is alive for me now?
And then we follow it.
2. Create before you perform.
We practice creating before deciding how it will be received.
We soften the need to impress, optimize, prove, please or get it right.
We learn the difference between:
“Let me manufacture something worth seeing.”
and
“Let me notice what is already here.”
We discover how we communicate instead of endlessly borrowing someone else’s blueprint.
3. Let yourself be witnessed.
Creation eventually asks us to cross a threshold:
inside → outside.
We practice allowing other people to see what we’ve made, hear what we believe, experience our beauty and encounter our work.
Not through self-abandonment.
Through presence.
Being witnessed becomes a capacity we strengthen—not a personality trait some women were simply born with.
The rhythm
The month moves gently through four invitations:

CREATE
What wants somewhere to go?
REVEAL
What am I ready to let be witnessed?
Everyone moves through these invitations through the lens of her own life, work and creation.
EXPAND
What wants more room now?
